Memorial Mosaic Bereavement Art
Thanks for visiting my website. I am so sorry for your loss. Please accept my sincere condolences. Grief is a very personal experience and is painful as you miss your loved one with all your senses.
Creative expression is a powerful source of emotional healing, bringing hope and light back into our lives after tough times. Visual arts, mixed media, and mosaic tile art can be valuable and engaging ways to make meaning out of circumstances that sometimes make no sense. When we feel grief, despair, loss, confusion, depression, or sorrow, we often feel better just by making something with our hands.
I hope this class will help heal and strengthen your heart and soul.

Preparation Prior to Your Class
Do this exercise and gather items for your artwork PRIOR TO YOUR CLASS.
Get into a meditative or relaxed state. Turn off your phone or TV. Get present.
Ask yourself these questions and let your heart and mind speak to you. Anything that comes up during this meditation can be used in a physical form in your artwork that you will be creating. Write these items down.
